The Perfect Derma Peel

The Perfect Peel is the only peel at Burleson Aesthetics that features Glutathione as a founding component. This chemical peel works from the inside to repair and nourish the skin by giving it a radiant glow, refining pores, improving skin hyperpigmentation, lifting melasma, controlling acne and preventing acne marks. Most importantly, the Glutathione element defies the aging process.

Glutathione penetrates deep into the cellular level of the skin to fight oxidant damage and is the anti-aging answer to premature wrinkling. Glutathione is proven to reverse the melanin’s metabolism turning dark pigmentations (eumelanin) into light pigmentation (pheomelanin).

Key Ingredients

The Perfect Derma Peel is a combination of trichloracetic acid (TCA), phenol, salicylic acid, vitamin C, and retinol. It promises to eliminate acne, melasma, and hyperpigmentation; reverse signs of aging, age spots, and sun damage; erase acne scarring and blemishes; lighten and brighten skin; reduce pore size and soften fine lines and wrinkles, stimulating collagen production. Phenol numbs the skin, making the peel tolerable for all. The downtime starts on day three and ends on day six. This treatment is more potent than any peel out there, without the associated pain, high price or downtime. This peel also comes with an after kit to be used throughout the week.

HOW MANY TREATMENTS ARE NECESSARY FOR VISIBLE IMPROVEMENT?

After one treatment of the Perfect Derma Peel, overall skin tone and complexion will appear smooth, glowing and fresh. Depending on skin conditions, multiple treatments may be necessary for desired results. A series of 2-3 treatments applied once every 4 weeks will allow for optimal results for more severe skin conditions such as Melasma and active acne.

HOW SOON WILL I SEE RESULTS OF THE PERFECT DERMA PEEL?

Patients will see improvement in skin within a few days and will see continued improvement two weeks after the peel. 

WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN TERMS OF DOWNTIME AFTER THE PERFECT DERMA PEEL?

Downtime starts on day three and ends on day seven. This treatment is more powerful than most peels, but without the associated pain or downtime.

HOW SEVERE IS THE PEELING, AND WHAT IS THE DURATION OF THE PEELING PROCESS?

The amount of peeling skin associated with The Perfect Derma Peel is mainly a sloughing of thin sheets of epidermis skin that begins around day three and generally is completed by day six or seven.
